PQBids is pleased to announce our newest service. The Pre-qualification process required by The California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act can now be completed through PQBids. CUPCCAA allows alternative bidding procedures that permit increased force account limits, informal bidding for projects between $45,001 and $175,000 which do not require advertising, reducing the number of formal bids and expediting contracting for small projects.
PQBids supplies a streamlined and automated pre-qualification process providing all CUPCCAA member agencies with a much simpler way to engage qualified bidders.
